There are several permissions that need to be set, in order Timescale to be used with full potential:

To view/access and log hours on a issue:

Browse projects project permission for the project containing

To view the Timesheets of other Users:

Browse users and groups global permission.

To view the complete Timesheets of Projects

Browse Projects project permission for the project.

Administer Projects project permission for the project.

Administer Jira global permission.

To approve/reject Timesheets
