Select Settings Icon and Absences/WorkType
Click + Add Absences/Other Types Button and give a name such as (Sick ,Vacation or Overtime) and a unique key for the type.

Now your employees are able to log work against those types.
To Log time on the newly created activities such as Sick, Vacation, Overtime or any other:
Select Log Button in the Timesheet view
